Brush system
The brush system is based on an extremely sturdy steel triangular frame. Ball joints in the hinge points offer great flexibility in positioning the brushes, which are consequently always correctly set for optimum sweeping. All parts of the brush unit are easy accessible, easy to dismantle and greasing is no longer required.
The parallel arms allow the brushes to follow the profile of the area that needs to be cleaned more precisely; they also ensure that the suction nozzle is always parallel with the surface. The pressure of the brushes need a one time adjustment and then the pressure is constant for the whole period. As an result, the RAVO 4-Series maintenance-free brush unit offers much more effective road sweeping. The constant ideal adjustment to the surface results in increased sweeping efficiency, thereby greatly reducing the rate of wear.
